Non-Custom Orders
1. Your order for non-custom collection pieces may be canceled or modified within four hours of placing the order.
2. At LF Creates, we prioritize sustainability and strive to minimize overproduction. Therefore, all our pieces are processed on demand, specifically for you.
3. If you wish to cancel your order for non-custom items, please ensure that you do so within the specified four-hour time limit. Orders not canceled within this timeframe will be produced and prepared for delivery or shipping.
Custom Orders
1. Modifications to the order can be made within 2 hours of placing the order by sending an email to our designated address. This allows us sufficient time to update the order before the design process begins.
2. Cancellations may be made within 1 hour of placing the order. Please note that cancellations will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
3. All our designs are custom-tailored to your unique specifications. We do not use templates or software to quickly produce designs. Instead, we start from scratch, bringing your vision to life.
